You can't beat the location for Ben Thanh markets. It's just around the block from there. Our room was a family room and we had a window. The room was very clean and had a kettle so we could make a hot drink. They supplied one satchel of coffee per person and one bottle of drinking water per person. Lucky we packed some chocolate powered and tea bags from home. We were told the two water was ok for hot drinks if you boiled it so that it what we did. The shower was very good. Lots of pressure and easy to adjust temperature although we mostly had colder showers because we needed to cool down. Air con worked ok but took a while to get down to temperature. At night we had to adjust it as we tried to find it could get too cold. Breakfast was great. Very simple selection and some as buffet style. Cereal and UHT milk, Fried eggs, boiled eggs if you asked, sliced white bread and slicked Viet rolls, pho ( the stock base varied from day to day),tea and coffee ( we find the coffee too strong for breakfast so we put about 1/3 coffee then top it up with tea as the tea is so weak is like using hot water. We used the UHT milk for hot drinks rather than the sweet condensed milk also available. Many people made iced Viet coffee for breakfast and there was a bucket of ice for this. There was water and an orange drink that no oranges have been harmed in the making of it. It better to have the water. We enjoyed the breakfast and had great conversation with many of the other guests while here. There is a travel agent next door and we found the prices were ok so we booked with them. They organised us being picked up in our hotel foyer so that made travel super easy. The walk to the back packing area takes about 15 minutes but you need to cross a few roads. Load the Grab app and that makes it easy when you don't want to walk. Toronto hotel lists as a pickup point.

The condition of the room that I stayed was better than I thought. It is way cleaner and nicer than the photos on the travel websites. Despite of staying there only one night, I truly enjoyed my time there. Staffs are so friendly and generous. Tbh, I booked this hotel due to the cancelled flight so I moved here from another hotel for only one night so I wouldn't have been in trouble between gap times till the new flight. I was like I should've booked this one since the first day once I arrived. The staffs would warmly welcome you no matter where you come from. The breakfast is really amazing and they provide you traditional noodle, fried rice, toast and decent coffee. By the time I checked out, the staff eagerly accepted my request to keep my luggage at the reception between the check-out time and the flight time because I wished to lurk around the city for one last time before I leave. He was so nice and I regret for not having a chance to ask his name. Another staff is Nhung, I suppose, whose duty is mostly on evening. She treats every guest with pleasant gesture and smile, and always tried her best to support the customer requests. I wish to say thanks to every staffs including house-keeping staffs and catering staffs at the hotel for their greatest hospitality. I truly recommend this hotel for those who travel to Saigon for the first time based on the facts about its location (Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square is nearby for 5-10 mins walk) and most importantly, the friendliness of staffs.

I recently stayed at A&A Toronto and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which was a top priority for me. My room was spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. In terms of value, it exceeded my expectations. The rates were very reasonable for the quality of accommodations and service provided. I felt like I received excellent value for my money. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel in a great location. There are Super marts, cafe and eating joints around the place.

Our initial room was upgraded to a family room with balcony. Theres a bath tub inside. I like the huge toilet/bathroom. the room looks old, but it was comfortable enough for us as we are mostly will be out exploring the city. I read few reviews mentioning the elevator being slow, yes ti was indeed very slow. But as long as it still can serve its purpose, we were fine with it. Staffs can communicate well in English. The hotel located near Ben Thanh Market and the Malaysian street so it was easy to find Halal food.

The hotel is 15 mins walking more or less from the center, my room was very big and enough room for my suitcase. It seemed clean enough but maybe it need a bit of refurbishing. The breakfast in the morning was good but not many options to choose from being a buffet breakfast. Staff was fantastic especially when I asked reccomendations to where to go to eat, they gave a me a voucher for a very close place that then i realised whas a reccomended michelin restaurant, Best Pho I had in Vietnam.
